Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://czdentsolutionsllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. CZ Dent Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, CZ Dent Solutions LLC markets and arranges Paintless Dent Repair, Hail Damage Repair, Auto Body Buff, Car Wax Service, Auto Dent Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. CZ Dent Solutions LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. CZ Dent Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. CZ Dent Solutions LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CZ Dent Solutions LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid CZ Dent Solutions LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify CZ Dent Solutions LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
